 The TransOceana MF/HF/VHF DSC Decoder, Version 5, is the latest in a series of highly successful PC based DSC decoders.  These decoders are used in small and large DSC Coastal stations around the world for more than ten years, handling millions of DSC messages per year without a fault.

 The significant enhancements in the Version 5 decoder are:

• Display of fully decoded messages
